At Cala Caari, every handcrafted piece carries a story of artistry, heritage and thoughtful craftsmanship. We take special care in preparing and packaging your order so that it reaches you safely.

1. Shipping Coverage

• We currently offer shipping across serviceable locations in India.
• Delivery availability may vary depending on your PIN code, product dimensions, weight and courier serviceability.
• International shipping, if introduced, will be subject to separate delivery charges, customs requirements and timelines.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 2–5 working days after order confirmation and successful payment.
• Processing times may be longer for made-to-order, customised, limited-edition or specially sourced handicrafts. Any additional lead time will be communicated on the relevant product page or during order confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will ordinarily be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

• Metro cities: Approximately 3–6 working days.
• Other serviceable locations: Approximately 5–10 working days.
• Remote locations: Delivery may take longer.

These are indicative timelines, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery depends on courier operations, destination, weather, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• Additional charges may apply to unusually heavy, oversized or specially packed products, where clearly disclosed before purchase.

5. Safe Packaging

• Our brass handicrafts are carefully inspected and packed with protective materials suitable for their size, weight and fragility.
• We use appropriate cushioning and secure outer packaging to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
• Customers are requested to handle the package carefully when opening it, particularly where sharp packing tools may damage the product.

6. Order Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided during checkout, where tracking is supported by the delivery partner.
• Please ensure that your mobile number, email address and shipping details are accurate.

7. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

• Although we make every reasonable effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur.
• If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit or marked delivered but not received, please contact our customer support team promptly.
• We will coordinate with the delivery partner to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

• Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, we will contact you regarding available redelivery or refund options. Any applicable additional shipping charges will be disclosed.

9. Damaged Packages

• If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged or tampered with, please photograph the package before opening it, where practical.
• If the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs and your order number.
• This notification period helps us investigate courier damage quickly and does not remove any rights available under applicable consumer law.
